What is Juliet? Juliet is an AI-powered coding assistant with a browser-based development environment. Build full-stack applications entirely in your browser without any local setup or installations.

Do I need to install anything? No! Juliet runs completely in your web browser. No downloads, no installations, no configuration needed.

Do I need to know how to code? Not necessarily! Juliet's AI can generate code from natural language descriptions. However, coding knowledge helps you make manual edits, understand what the AI creates, debug issues, and optimize performance.

Getting Started

How do I create an account?

  2. Click "Sign Up"

  3. Enter email and create password

  4. Verify email

  5. Start building!

How long does it take to create a project? Typically 1-3 minutes from your initial description to a running preview, depending on project complexity.

Using Juliet

How does the AI work? You describe what you want in natural language, and the AI plans the implementation, generates code, creates files and structure, installs dependencies, starts the development server, and shows you a live preview.

Can I edit code manually? Absolutely! Juliet includes a full code editor where you can edit any file directly, make manual changes, and combine AI generation with manual edits.

Can I upload images or designs? Yes! Upload up to 5 images (max 5MB total) per message for design mockups, wireframes, screenshots, logos, and reference images.

Can I download my projects? Yes! Click the Download button to export your entire project as a ZIP file.

Does Juliet work offline? No, Juliet requires an internet connection to function.

Features

What's the live preview? A real-time view of your running application inside Juliet with hot reload, responsive design testing, and interactive features.

Can I collaborate with others? Yes! Invite collaborators with different permission levels: Viewer (read-only), Editor (can edit files), and Admin (can manage collaborators).

Can I deploy my projects? Yes! Download your project and deploy to Vercel, Netlify, AWS, Google Cloud, Heroku, or any Node.js hosting.

Limits and Plans

What are the differences between plans?

  • Free: 1 project at a time, 50-100 AI requests/month, 100MB storage, 1-2 collaborators

  • Pro: 10-12 projects/month, 500-1K AI requests/month, 1GB storage, 5 collaborators

What happens if I hit my limit? You'll see a warning and can wait for monthly reset, upgrade your plan, delete old projects, or work manually.

Technical Questions

What browsers are supported? Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, Edge 90+. Internet Explorer is NOT supported.

What are the system requirements?

Is Juliet mobile-friendly? Juliet works on tablets but has limited support on phones. Best experience is on desktop/laptop.

Is my code and data secure? Yes: HTTPS/TLS encryption, secure data storage, regular backups, and industry-standard security practices.

Ownership and Rights

Who owns the code I create? You do! All code generated in Juliet belongs to you. You can use it commercially, modify freely, deploy anywhere, and include in client projects.

Can I use Juliet for client work? Yes! Many freelancers and agencies use Juliet for client projects.
