Troubleshooting

Dashboard Loads Slowly Possible causes: Many projects (100+) Slow internet connection Browser cache issues

Solutions: Use list view (faster) Enable pagination Clear browser cache Upgrade internet

Projects Not Showing Check:

  1. Search box - is it filtering? Clear search

  2. Sort order - check if sorted unexpectedly, reset to default

  3. Scroll down - might be below fold, pagination loads more

  4. Wrong account - signed into correct account? Check user menu

Can't Click Projects Possible issues:

  1. Loading - Dashboard still loading, wait a moment

  2. Network issue - Connection problem, check internet, refresh page

  3. Browser issue - JavaScript error, check browser console, refresh page, try incognito mode

Statistics Incorrect If numbers seem wrong: Refresh dashboard: Click refresh or reload page, stats update Check date range: "Active this week" is last 7 days Clear cache: Browser cache may be stale, hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R)

Missing Project If project disappeared:

  1. Check search/filters: Clear all filters, remove search term

  2. Check sort order: Change sort, scroll through all pages

  3. Check with collaborators: If shared, maybe deleted by team

  4. Still missing? Contact support, may be recoverable
